Use it right away (to make one of these cilantro recipes!) or throw the leaves into a clean ice cube tray and transfer to the freezer. Once frozen, you can store them in a resealable bag. They’ll last up to six months in the freezer.

You can also use the zip bag method to preserve coriander leaves in the refrigerator. Take a zip-lock bag and place it on the top of the glass jar. Let the opening of the bag remain loose and keep the jar along with the cover in the refrigerator. You will need to change the water after every few days. Using this method, coriander can remain fresh up to two weeks.
